What is Siberian Sandbox? What does it stand for? Everyone tries to decode the meaning of this strange and unique name. So, I'll tell you the secret.. the Siberian Sandbox name.. means nothing, just a couple of words put side by side. When I looked at the North American fitness industry I noticed it's just full of fancy names, catch phrases, and ridiculous products that do absolutely nothing to better the lives of their customers and, based on my 500 word English vocabulary, I just wanted a simple name that I could use to prove that the name itself is unimportant. It's the results that matter, it's the results that I care about.
Coming from a fighting background, I tend to put people into two types of categories, those who can fight and those who can't. I live in a black and white world. I basically just call it the way I see it because I'm not doing anyone any favours by sugar coating it. Be honest, don't tell people lies just to make them feel good, give them the tools they need to make themselves not just feel better but be better.
A lot of clients I've worked with over the years have tried almost every diet and weight loss product out there, but the food demons win the battle every time. So, here's some advice, free of charge. Instead of getting down on yourself and stuffing your face with crap food and watching crap TV, go stand naked in front of a mirror. Get use to who you are right now and either learn to love it or do something real about it and become who you want to be. What's stopping you? The biggest obstacle in your way is procrastination. Most of you could write a book on procrastination but the only reason you don't go for it is because you'd never finish it, you're the main character. What's the best way to start changing your life? Get the Velcro off your pants and get off the couch. Only 4 months stand between you today and the new and improved you. What excuse can you possibly come up with now not to take the next step towards change? You've already taken the first step; you're here on this site trying to find out how to improve your life.
