My friend/colleague recommended
the Siberian Sandbox Workout Program, but how
do I know it will work for me? Is there a minimum
fitness level I need to be at in order to begin
the program?
The program works for everyone. The program
is based on progression training so you can start
with a low weight Medicine Ball and a low intensity
workout and work your way up from whatever fitness
level you are at to start with. Using this progression
training method and by increasing the weight
of the Medicine Ball, your body, muscles and
mind are constantly challenged. As well, using
alternating routines it prevents your body from
adapting to the rhythm. With these constant challenges
you will start to see quick results.
How long
is the in-person program?
The
in-person class training program
is two months long.
Can I work at my own pace and see results?
Yes. You can work at your own pace and see results.How can you guarantee results?
If you choose to sit on your butt your results will be zero. If you choose to participate in the program you will see results. It’s simple, do your squats more than once and you’re going to start toning/losing your butt.
If I attend the intense program in-person can
I re-enroll?
Yes, you can re-enter the program if you were a member before.
I’ve heard there is a wait list for the program; how can I get on the wait list? And how long is it?
To get on to the waiting list you should contact us via e-mail. Usually the wait list time is 1-2 months.
I’m coming to Whistler in the future for work/leisure and would like to enrol in the program in advance – how do I do this?
You can contact us 1 month in advance via e-mail before coming to Whistler. Please note that to ensure the program meets your individual needs, before starting the program you will be evaluated by our physiotherapists.FAQ’s - DVD program:
How often should I do the program on the DVD?
You should commit to exercise 3 times a week with the Siberian Sandbox Workout Program DVD.
Does the DVD program use complex choreography?
The DVD program is very simple to follow, and includes detailed demonstrations of each exercise.
Should I start with the DVD and then enrol in the in-person program later?
You can do the DVD without enrolling in the in-person class training program.
Does the DVD program guarantee results like the in-person program?
You will see noticeable results from using the DVD program. Like the in-person class training, results will vary with each individual. The DVD program results will vary from what you get attending the actual class program because under the direct supervision of the coach the workout is modified as you progress.
