FAQ’s - Siberian Sandbox Workout Program

My friend/colleague recommended the Siberian Sandbox On-Line Workout Program, but how do I know it will work for me? Is there a minimum fitness level I need to be at in order to begin the program?

The Siberian Sandbox on-line program is design to accommodate most levels of fitness. The program is based on progression training so you can start with a low weight medicine ball and a low intensity workout and work your way up from whatever fitness level you are at to start with. Using this progression training method and by increasing the weight of the medicine ball, your body, muscles and mind are constantly challenged. You will be following exercise routines which will be changed every 24 hours so you are always working a new routine. Using alternating routines prevents your body from adapting to repetition. With these constant challenges you will start to see quick results.

Can I work at my own pace and see results?

Yes, you can work at your own pace and see results.

How can you guarantee results?

If you choose to sit on your butt your results will be zero. If you choose to participate in the program you will see results. It’s simple, do your squats more than once and you’re going to start toning/losing your butt.

What type of fitness equipment is required for the on-line program?


All you need is a medicine ball. You can purchase a medicine ball in most sport stores around the world. A 6 lbs medicine ball should be a good place to start, depending on your fitness level, working your way up as needed to keep the exercises challenging. The moment you feel you are getting comfortable with the exercise, and the weight of the ball, it is time to move up an additional 2 lbs. When you purchase a ball make sure that you buy one that is not slippery and fits perfectly in your hands. We have placed a few examples of recommended medicine balls on our site which you can look for before starting the program. We recommend starting weight for women 4-6 lbs and for men 8-10 lbs.

Should I consult a physician before starting the Siberian Sandbox On-Line Workout Program?

You should always consult your physician before starting any fitness program. Safety in fitness training is always the number one focus of the Siberian Sandbox program. We also highly recommend you see your physiotherapist to give you a full evaluation.

How long will it take for me to see results using on-line program?


Results will be different for everyone depending on personal fitness goals, body composition, and level of commitment. No matter where you are in your current fitness level, our program guarantees that you will get results. Many of our clients begin to feel and see results in as little as 1-2 weeks.

Do I need to sign up for a long subscription?


You can stay on the program for as long as you’d like, one month or for the rest of your life. As long as you are getting the results you’re looking for and it fits into your lifestyle and schedule. The best results are usually achieved after three months however, you’re only paying for one month at a time so stay on as long as you want.

How often should I participate in the on-line program?

You should commit to exercise 3 times a week with the Siberian Sandbox On-Line Workout Program.

Does the on-line program use complex choreography?


The on-line program is very simple to follow, and includes detailed demonstrations of each exercise. You might find some exercises difficult at first but you will adapt very quickly.

Should I start with the DVD before enrolling in the on-line program?


If you have not worked out for a long time and are out of shape, we would strongly recommend purchasing the Siberian Sandbox DVD program to start with. After a month or two following the DVD training program, you can move up to the on line program.

Does the DVD program guarantee results like the on-line program?


You will see noticeable results using the DVD program. Like the on-line program, results will vary with each individual. The DVD program is going to give you a very solid fitness base and builds the bridge to the more challenging on line program.

Once we receive your payment you will be provided with your login and password information and you can start the program as soon as you are ready.

Does this program include any diet tips and meal plans to help lose body fat, or is it only about workouts?
