The Medicine Ball program is an intense two month program designed to improve core strength, range of motion and both upper and lower body strength and tone. The program involves learning how to effectively exercise many different core muscles at once rather than isolating single muscles one at a time.
Not only does the program show you how to improve muscle strength going from lower weight resistance to higher weight resistance, it simultaneously improves joint and tendon integrity.
By teaching you to believe in yourself and in what you can accomplish, and by providing you with both the motivation and the technique, the Siberian Sandbox will authentically transform both your body and mind – you supply the dedication, commitment and an honest desire to improve, and you will see/feel the results in two months.

In the Siberian Sandbox program you will be encouraged to step beyond your comfort zone to explore your physical and mental abilities. Starting at an appropriate level, you will learn to recognize and celebrate your strengths, target problem areas, and through proper technique, progress towards rebalancing – with the goal of overall well-being and fitness.
Steps to Happiness
- Appreciate your health and utilize what you have. You can add physical activity and fitness at any level.
- Realize you have choices. Put yourself at the top of your to do list.
- Acknowledge the power of you. Take responsibility and take action. In Sasha’s own words: “It’s your ass, not mine…”
- Set goals and write them down. Develop personal goals based on physical activity/exercise, eating, and drinking. Share your goals with your family and friends. Help yourself to be accountable.
- To err is human but stay on track. A few wrong choices or times of chaos in life don’t mean that you have to throw in the towel. The effects are cumulative.
Physiotherapy
Evaluation by a registered physiotherapist is the first step in the Siberian Sandbox program. It allows your training team to assess your level of fitness and mobility, and design an individual program to help you achieve the best results – for YOU.
